New LabStats Features
Due to popular demand, this month we added a new feature to our recently revamped summary reports. Both the Login and Application Summary reports now include a column for unique users. This extra information is useful for identifying how many of your users are actually using the stations and applications on your campus. We encourage you to check it out!
Also, groups are an integral part of LabStats and to make the creation and organization of groups quicker and easier, we’ve made it possible to import Groups using an .xlsx spreadsheet. Click the button below for more information.
Everyone at LabStats is committed to delivering a world class product to our customers—a product that performs well and is easy and safe to use. Part of how we accomplish this is to invest in those who actually build the product. That’s why our Development and Support departments take part in on-demand training through industry leader Pluralsight. In addition to that, this month our Development team will be attending a major technology training event in Chicago for some very hands-on, specialized training provided by Microsoft and other industry experts. Staying on top of the technology and security landscape is important and allows us to keep improving LabStats.
Thanks for a Great Year!
As we look back on 2016 we’d like to thank our users for the feedback they provided throughout the year. We believe that LabStats is constantly developing better features and reports due to the excellent feedback we receive from loyal customers. As you look back on 2016 and set new professional goals for the upcoming year, we hope the data we’ve been able to provide can help you make great decisions in 2017. We’re a small company that takes pride in our customers and we look forward to another great year providing useful analytics for you and your peers!
